The Occulture (David Cecchetto, Marc Couroux, Ted Hiebert, Eldritch Priest, and Rebekah Sheldon) is an experimental theory collective investigating the esoteric imbrications of sound, affect, and hyperstition. Their collectively authored book—Ludic Dreaming: How to Listen Away From Contemporary Technoculture (Bloomsbury, 2017)—uses dreams as a method for examining the decussation of sound and contemporary technoculture.
