Hongzhe Wang

Wang Hongzhe was born in Anshan. He is now an associate professor in the School of Journalism and Communication at Peking University. He has long been involved in advanced studies in media-centred humanities and social sciences. He graduated from the China University of Mining and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering. He received his masters degree in Communication from Peking University, his PhD in Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research interests include media history, Cold War history, information society, and labour studies.
